Executive Board Member Search

Our Board members are actively involved in organizational governance, and are expected to attend monthly board meetings, participate in at least one board committee, make a personal financial contribution, raise at least $1,000 annually, and manage at least three donor or community partner relationships.

The board needs a variety of skills, with a strong emphasis on board candidates with accounting, human resource, legal, and media expertise, as well as those connected to the local workforce development agency, foundations, organized labor, cultural organizations, and communities of color.

The Nominating Committee is now accepting applications and those interested in board service can complete an application in our volunteer section.
